Twitter has added support for multiple security keys on its app, and will soon let you link more than one security key to use for 2FA.
Using an authenticator app for 2-factor authentication (2FA) is more secure than using a code sent via SMS or Bluetooth, but physical keys are currently the most secure method of protecting your online accounts.
After adding support for physical security keys in December, Twitter will now let you link multiple physical security keys to your 2FA login, on both mobile and web.
Secure your account (and that alt) with multiple security keys. Now you can enroll and log in with more than one physical key on both mobile and web.
And coming soon: the option to add and use security keys as your only authentication method, without any other methods turned on.

Twitter has added support for multiple security keys on its app, letting you link more than one security key to your account to use for 2FA.
This would mean that you could have no other 2FA method turned on and use one security key as your main 2FA authenticator and another as a backup.
